Pricing FAQs

What counts as "one automation"?

One trigger, one purpose, one output. For example: "process the daily sales report" or "draft invoices from Acuity sessions" are each one automation, regardless of how many internal steps. Starter gives you one of these running live; Growth gives you three.

What if I need a second automation on Starter?

Upgrade to Growth — that gives you up to three concurrent automations for £250/month, plus monthly review calls and small change requests included. We don't charge one-off build fees on subscription tiers.

Can I downgrade?

Yes, any time. Effective from the next billing cycle. You keep your current tier through the end of the paid month.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Workflows stop. Stored data is preserved for 30 days in case you reactivate. After 30 days it's hard-deleted per our right-to-erasure process. You can request a full data export at any point before deletion.

What's not a good fit for Starter?

High-frequency workflows (more than 50 runs per month), multi-step approval flows requiring human gates, or anything needing scheduled reports more often than daily. Those need Growth or Custom.

Do you have an SLA?

99.5% uptime target on all tiers (in practice we hit 99.9%+). Starter has best-effort response; Growth gets a 24-hour business-hours commitment; Custom can include a formal SLA with liquidated damages in a signed MSA.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Monthly subscription, cancel any time. Custom tier engagements may sign a Master Services Agreement covering longer-term commitments and compliance requirements.
