Billing & terms
No fine print, no surprises. Here's exactly how money moves between you and us, when you can leave, and what we promise in return.
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation and a written quote. Ongoing operations are quoted as a monthly fee; one-off builds, migrations and integrations are quoted as a fixed project price, typically staged 50% to begin and 50% at delivery. Nothing gets built before you have that number.
Ongoing engagements are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your billing date is the day you confirm the subscription — every month after, same day. Failed payments retry automatically up to three times across seven days before the gentle reminder.
No notice period. No clawback. No exit fee. Cancel from your client portal or by email, and service continues until the end of your current paid month. Then it stops cleanly.
If your first paid month doesn't deliver what we agreed at scoping, we refund it in full. This applies to: workflow stops working, support response taking longer than five business days, or agreed deliverables not met. It does not apply to a change of mind or a change in your circumstances.
If a payment fails:
You can resume at any point during the suspension window with a single click in the reminder email.
We can change pricing with 30 days notice by email. You can cancel before the new price takes effect. Existing customers automatically get any new lower price — you'll never pay more than a new sign-up on your tier.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is 12× your monthly subscription fee. For example, a £250/month Growth account caps at £3,000. Custom-tier engagements can negotiate additional indemnity in a signed agreement.
If Tally Digital ceases trading, we give 60 days notice, hand you a clean export of all your data plus a runnable copy of your workflow configuration, and refund any unused portion of your current paid month. We don't disappear with your stuff.
