Billing & terms
No fine print, no surprises. Here's exactly how money moves between you and us, when you can leave, and what we promise in return.
Your first month of any paid tier is on us. We build and run your first automation live. If it doesn't ship by the end of that month, you owe nothing — no invoice, no awkward conversation.
After the free month, we bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Your billing date is the day you confirm the subscription — every month after, same day. Failed payments retry automatically up to three times across seven days before the gentle reminder.
No notice period. No clawback. No exit fee. Cancel from your client portal or by email, and service continues until the end of your current paid month. Then it stops cleanly.
If your first paid month doesn't deliver what we agreed in the pilot, we refund it in full. This applies to: workflow stops working, support response taking longer than five business days, or agreed deliverables not met. It does not apply to a change of mind or a change in your circumstances.
If a payment fails:
You can resume at any point during the suspension window with a single click in the reminder email.
We can change pricing with 30 days notice by email. You can cancel before the new price takes effect. Existing customers automatically get any new lower price — you'll never pay more than a new sign-up on your tier.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is 12× your monthly subscription fee. For example, a £30/month Starter account caps at £360. Custom-tier engagements can negotiate additional indemnity in a signed agreement.
If Tally Digital ceases trading, we give 60 days notice, hand you a clean export of all your data plus a runnable copy of your workflow configuration, and refund any unused portion of your current paid month. We don't disappear with your stuff.
Email admin@tallydigital.co.uk. Humans read these — usually within a few hours during UK business days.
